An employee from each department will have this phone and be available to assist you during the hours below (excluding major holidays). Hours may be extended during summer harvest.
Parts emergency fee: additional $50 (plus cost of parts)
Service emergency fee: additional $100 for after-hours technician visit (plus standard service rates)
Maximum surcharge of $140 for emergency calls requiring parts and service staff
Monday - Friday: 5:30 p.m. - 9 p.m.
Saturday: 8 a.m. - 6 p.m.
Sunday: Noon - 6 p.m.
